Attention Employers: Participate in Drive Thru And Virtual Job Fairs in May

The Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin (WDBSCW), along with the Job Center of Wisconsin and partners, are leveraging a wide range of tools to connect job seekers with employment opportunities throughout the region with a series of recruitment events.

These events will begin with a Drive Thru Job Fair on May 5 from 3 – 7 p.m. as part of a regional approach with event locations in all six South Central Wisconsin counties (Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, Marquette and Sauk) to let job seekers know about opportunities in their area. Job posting flyers from participating employers will be distributed at each location. These flyers will also be posted on the WDBSCW website one week after the event to further connect job seekers with available careers.

There is a $100 “booth fee” required for participating employers that covers printing and other costs related to the event. Drive Thru Job Fair employer partners will also have the opportunity to host a booth during a virtual job fair on May 11 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
