Jefferson County Housing Study Overview: What the Data is Telling Us About our Housing Needs
Thursday, February 25 | 8:30-10 am
Meeting today’s and tomorrow’s housing needs has become an increasingly greater challenge for counties, and Jefferson County is no exception. Having a sufficient supply of housing that meets the demands of households of varying incomes is critical to the economic vitality of our county.
To better learn about the state of housing in Jefferson County, Thrive Economic Development commissioned a housing study conducted by the Fiscal and Economic Research Center (FERC) at UW-Whitewater. Learn the results of the study at our February 25 Business Education Session.
Our speaker will be:
Dr. Russ Kashian – Director of the Fiscal and Economic Research Center (FERC) at UW-Whitewater
This meeting will be held virtually, on Zoom and in-person at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 311 S Center Ave, Room 205, Jefferson, WI 53549.
To attend the meeting via Zoom, you must pre-register.
This session is part of the Jefferson County Economic Development Consortium (JCEDC) Board of Directors meeting. The board will hold a brief meeting beginning at 8:30 and the education session will begin shortly after 8:30. This is a public meeting.
