Deb joined ThriveED in June 2023 as our Director of Community Development. In this role, she leads initiatives tied to increased housing availability of all types and workforce engagement. Deb’s most recent role was as the State Director for The Arc Wisconsin, the state’s leading advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. A passionate changemaker, Deb has also worked as a Legislative Program Policy Analyst for Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA), Executive Director of the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services, lobbyist for the Wisconsin Education Association Council (WEAC) and as a realtor.
