Deb Reinbold is passionate about creating a prosperous Greater Jefferson County by supporting a thriving business environment and an activated workforce. She currently serves as the president of Thrive Economic Development (ThriveED), leading the organization’s strategic economic and community development efforts. She also serves as Executive Director of the Jefferson County Economic Development Consortium (JCEDC), ThriveED’s public sector partner entity. 

A natural connector, Deb’s talent for building relationships and recognizing synergies has resulted in partnerships that have brought the organization to the forefront of some of the most pressing challenges faced by our municipalities and business community, including talent attraction, affordable workforce housing and childcare for working-age parents. 

In addition to her more than 10 years of experience in economic development and another 10 in real estate sales and management, Deb brings her experience as an entrepreneur and business owner to the role, giving her unique perspective as she connects businesses to resources and programs.
