Phil joined ThriveED in May 2023 as our Revolving Loan Fund Manager. He oversees the Revolving Loan Funds that we manage, including the Live Local Development Fund, which will support housing development throughout Jefferson County. Phil’s extensive experience includes roles as Middle Market Business Lender for North Shore Bank and Senior Vice President for First Midwest Bank and Citizens Bank. He is well versed in general business lending, commercial finance, asset-based lending, structured finance, SBA and USDA government assisted lending, merger and acquisition financing, both investment and owner occupied real estate financing and business risk management.
